Our story
Water Filter Man Ltd was founded in the West Midlands in 2008, and we have been here ever since. What began as a small supplier of replacement cartridges has grown into a business shipping water treatment products to trade and public customers across the UK, the EU and further afield.
The core of the job has not changed in all that time. Most people arrive knowing their appliance and not much else — a fridge model number on a sticker, a filter that looks vaguely like the old one, a coffee machine that has started to taste off. Our work is turning that into the right cartridge, first time.
We stock genuine manufacturer filters alongside compatible alternatives, and we are straightforward about the difference between them. Sometimes the branded cartridge is the right call. Often it is not, and we will say so.
Everything ships from our own warehouse in Wolverhampton, so when we say an item is in stock, it is on a shelf a few metres from the person packing it.
