Utilises a very high quality Catalytic Activated Carbon to achieve high filtration rates of both Chloramines and Chlorine from the water. Fits all standard 10″ Jumbo size / Big Blue water filter housings (cartridge diameter 4.5″).

AquaHouse 10″ Jumbo Chloramine Reduction Catalytic Carbon Block (10″ x 4.5″ – large diameter)

  • The AquaHouse AH-CTO10BB-CM Chloramine Reduction Carbon Block water filter cartridge utilises a very high quality Catalytic Activated Carbon to achieve high filtration rates of both Chloramines and Chlorine from the water. Fits all standard 10″ Jumbo size / big blue water filter housings (cartridge diameter 4.5″).
  • Due to the stability of Chloramines in water it is considerably harder to filter compared to Chlorine. In comparison a standard carbon block which can remove 99% of chlorine will generally remove considerably less Chloramines, which makes the AquaHouse AH-CTO10BB-CM superior for Chloramine reduction.
  • Quality coconut shell carbon is also able to reduce levels of VOCs (Volatile organic compounds), Organic Compounds, Pesticides, Herbicides, etc. 1 Micron particulate filtration to removes levels of rust, dirt, sand and sediment particles larger than 1 Microns in size.
  • Suitable for use with drinking water, fish keeping, water fed pole systems, and more.
